Basic Requirements

  • 100 points of identification (i.e. Driver Licence & Passport), One form of ID must be a primary form of ID (such as citizenship certificate, birth certificate or passport), and the other ID must be a secondary form of ID with your signature and photo ID (such as driver's licence)

  • Proof of right to work in Australia. Evidenced by: if Citizen, either birth certificate, citizenship certificate or passport; or if non-Citizen, a copy of passport and visa grant.

  • Any Qualifications/Certificates

  • Resume

  • Certificate of completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module - 'Quality, Safety and You' - (https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/)

  • Supporting People to Stay Infection Free Learning Module (https://teamdsc.com.au/learning/supporting-people-to-stay-infection-free)

  • Working with Children's Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening check (or police check)

  • Vehicle registration and Insurance of the car being used (for Client Travel and Transport)
